Please find below a link to the HFCA Rental Guest Registration Form.
 

This form must be completed and submitted in its entirety at least FIVE BUSINESS DAYS before rental guests' arrival. Failure to do so will result in rental guests being denied entry at the gate.  The completion of this form is the sole responsibility of the property owner.

 

Before completing this form, please ensure you have the following information about your rental guests, including:

  • Rental Guest Arrival and Departure Dates

  • Rental Guest First and Last Names

  • Contact Information

  • Vehicle Details


 

Property owners do not need to complete this form for family members or guests.
